Yes...brass is back. At the ranch we decided to do a mixed metals kitchen utilizing brushed brass hardware, polished nickel faucets and black enamel lighting. The results left the kitchen with a beautiful depth to it where utilizing only a common polished nickel throughout would have left the room flat.
The main design element to the ranch were the 9 sets of French doors leading to the exterior. The U shaped courtyard can be seen from visitors at the front entryway.
Shiplap vs. Nickle Groove. We chose to apply Nickel Groove thought the kitchen including it's ceiling and to the walls of each bathroom.
Grey/brown wood floors against variation of white walls throughout made this modern farmhouse ranch one for the books...our most proud design accomplishment yet.

Our project on the bay at Stone Harbor was a full home renovation like none we have ever accomplished. from flooring to windows to full bathrooms, new decking, a new floating dock, new bulk head, kitchen and all bedrooms. While this home kept its original footprint, its transformation within its own walls created an open space that is simply heavenly.
200+ year old hay barn renovation.
Focal point to this renovation was the addition of an outstanding back wall of windows and French doors behind the original sliding barn doors.
In keeping with the traditional farmhouse, we utilized Bianco Venatino marble in the added kitchen with a custom rustic barn wood 10' center island and Chelsea grey cabinetry.

We had high hopes to renovation this forgotten about little ranch. After the town decided to do a “mock” fire drill on the house, it was a complete tear down.
Styling anything costal is a no brainer.
WHITE, grey, marbles, a little plum here and there...elements that would be found looking into an oyster shell strolling along the sand.
White shaker kitchen cabinets with polished nickle latches and a modern farmhouse update to the old "chicken wire inserts"... polished nickel cabinet grids.

1952 beach house overlooking Stone Harbor Bay.
A project outside of our norm…and BEYOND fun. We took this 1969 Shasta camper and turn it into a visually stunning, cocktail serving, mobile venue truck.
OHHHHH that island….love love love
Oh….what paint can do!
Ashley’s kitchen consisted of cherry cabinets on cherry wood floors.
We chose to do her cabinets in a mushroom color to compliment the granite countertops. {Going white would have conflicted with her existing counter}. Using the mushroom tones also allowed her white dishes, marble accents and reclaimed wood to really pop.
Taking off her neo angled glass upper cabinet doors gave a nice, updated, open shelf look to her space. However, the best addition is that fabulous rug!!! Beautiful AND indoor / outdoor worry free.
side note…Ashley tells me she cooks more now that her kitchen is beautiful :)
Jac's room renovation project was a surprise birthday present from her mom and dad for her 15th birthday.
Keeping this project a surprise meant a time frame of 2 1/2 days to complete the project.
Yes...Jac was over the moon when she walked in her room!
Surprise accomplished.
thank you Vince
