Staging to SELL

We know this feeling of needing to sell your property all too well.  Staging your home for buyers has purpose.  It increases your chances for a timely sale, jumpstarts your organization for moving and helps one achieve the homes best price.

All homes have their strengths and weaknesses.  It is our job to showcase the positive and downplay the negative.  Sometimes this can be achieved by simply decluttering, neutralizing decor, rearranging furniture and adding a cost of fresh paint where needed.  Other times, some renovations are in order.  We are the general contractors.  We are with you from our staging consult until the completion of the renovation.

For a staging consult we walk through your home and evaluate what we feel needs to be accomplished in order for a profitable and timly sale.

Included with consult.

-You will be provided a suggested " to do " list following our visit.  From the placement of existing furniture to suggested wall color changes and any renovations we feel are priority.

-An estimate for our services to return your home. We will provide an estimate for decluttering, staging of existing space by room and our painting services.  Additional estimates for renovations agreed upon by the seller will be provided at a follow up meeting.

We understand how personal it is to have someone come into your home and evaluate its appearance. Our services are considerate and respectful to the client while still offering a firm guidance to make for a successful sale.

     Staging to STAY

This type of staging is so that you, as the homeowner, can enjoy living in the space you have.  Sometimes it takes a fresh eye to see that your space does have positive elements that just need a little help being brought to the surface.  

The staging process is the same, however our choices in design elements are for YOU to enjoy, not the next buyer.  

Helpful decluttering of non daily necessities, rearrangement of existing furniture and the addition of some fresh cut flowers will give you a new appreciation for your space.
